Our garments are crafted at Juno Studio in Milan by W and expert tailors. All made in Italy.
We use strictly natural materials produced by Italian companies of excellence, such as bamboo, hemp, nettle, cashmere, mohair, alpaca and virgin wool. We work jointly with renowned Italian textile companies to develop Eco sustainable fabrics for a conscious and sustainable way.
Made to order
We offer made to order, which means your chosen clothes will be made only following your order. This is the sustainable method that lets us reduce waste and create only as much as we need.
By contacting us you can order your preferred models and size among the items tagged ‘made to order’ in the product pages. Production time and costs vary depends on the selected model and availability of the materials.
You cannot return 'made to order' garments but we offer 'one year after service'. If you're unsure which size to choose and how they fit, we're happy to help you to choose right size for you before purchasing.
Yes, we ship all over the world, where UPS can reach. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Shipping costs vary depends on your location and the volume of the item, you’ll find the accurate postage at checkout. This is the shipping cost per macro areas: • Italy - Free • Europe - €15 • Extra EU - €25 • US & Canada - €30 • Asia - €35 • Rest of world - €45
It depends on where you are. 'Ready-made' orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Normally UPS take 1-2 days in Italy, 2-3 days to EU, 4-5 working days to the US and Asia (not accounting for customs delays). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
All orders delivered outside of the EU may be subject to taxes and customs duties, payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. All shipments destined for countries outside the EU are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise, as required by Customs regulations.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order except made-to-order garments. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirmation. Then your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.
We are not able to directly exchange product. If you decide you would like a different item or size, you can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a refund.
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster.

The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.
