RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them (excluding customized items) if you're not satisfied. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. Items must be in original condition, in their original box with tags. Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear or damage.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Send us an email us at shop@junomilano.com with your order number.
2. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
3. Send your package to the following address.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed promptly, applying the credit to your original payment method. Only the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded; duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
We can't exchange goods directly. If you want a different item, please place a new order. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
