RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied for any reason, all items purchased on our site can be returned for up to 14 days from the date you received the package except customised items.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Return items should be in the same condition as you received, in the original box with the original tag. A return shall be refused if there are visible signs of wear or the item has been damaged during shipping.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Send us an email us at shop@junomilano.com with your order number.
2. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
3. Send your package to the following address.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirmation. Then your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you want a different item you can place a new order. Once your original order is returned we will process a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
