RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them (excluding customized items) if you are not satisfied. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. Items must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns may be refused if there are any signs of wear or damage.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Send us an email us at shop@junomilano.com with your order number.
2. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
3. Send your package to the following address.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed promptly, applying the credit to your original payment method. Only the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded; duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
We can't exchange goods directly. If you want a different item, please place a new order. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
